Allera Sports has a general no refund policy unless special circumstance is approved by our founder. 

However, we want to be fair and flexible so if you would like to cancel your order you can receive full credit toward one of our other programs including but not limited to:

• Camps
• Enrichment
• Personal training
• Small group training
• Birthday parties.
