Refund Policy
- Family schedule change or move does not entitle a refund.
- If a student is injured or sick for an extended period they MAY be granted a refund only by Adam Arella. (The most common scenario is that families receive credit for future programming).
- If a class is cancelled families may receive a refund. If this refund is granted, please allow up to 6 weeks’ processing time. Families may also receive credit for another program within the same season or season later that school year. If the credit is not used by the end of the school year the credit will expire.
